New hires for the third grade teacher Salary for 3rd Grade positions is determined by Rajasthan Pay Matrix Level 10, which equates to Pay Band PB-2 of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 3600. Rajasthan third grade teachers start out on a basic salary of Rs. 33800 per month. The last monthly base wage at this pay grade is Rs. 106700.
Probationary Trainee
A two-year probationary period is imposed on the candidate after appointment to the position of Teacher, Grade III. During this time, a fixed salary of Rs. 23700 per month is provided in lieu of allowances, with the exception of leaves and other perks in accordance with Rajasthan service regulations.
After the candidate successfully completes the probationary period, they will be paid according to the below-mentioned Rajasthan Pay Matrix L-10 Pay scale.

The sum of the Basic Salary, Dearness Allowance, HRA, and Other Allowances (CCA, TA, Special), if any, is the Total Salary.
Salary Structure:
- Starting Total Salary of 3rd Grade Teacher in Rajasthan (after probationary period) per month: Around Rs. 46100-49100 per month depending on area of posting and allowances.
- Deductions: Around 4500 (NPS + Other Taxes if applicable)
