WHO IS THE LOWES CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY’S SPONSOR?
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Lowe’s Companies, Inc. (Sponsor/Lowe’s/We/Our), and it will be handled by Cohen-Friedberg Associates LLC of Framingham, MA 01702. (Administrator). The address for our main office is 1000 Lowes Boulevard, Mooresville, NC 28117.
WHEN WILL THE LOWEST CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY BE HELD?
The Lowes Customer Satisfaction Survey $500 Survey Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on January 30, 2023 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“Start Date”). The Sweepstakes will terminate on January 28, 2023, at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time, at the completion of the last drawing session. The commencement and end of the contest are referred to as the “Sweepstakes Period.”
WHEN IS THE LOWEST CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY GOING TO BE CONDUCTED?
The Lowes Customer Satisfaction Survey $500 Survey Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on January 30, 2023 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time and will end on January 30, 2023 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“Start Date”). The Sweepstakes will end at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on January 28, 2023, at the conclusion of the last drawing session. The “Sweepstakes Period” refers to the time between the start and finish of the contest.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE?
Participation is open to all legal residents of Washington, D.C. and the United States who are 18 years old or older at the time of entry and have achieved the age of majority in their home state.
Employees, interns, independent contractors, and consultants who worked for or provided services to the Sponsor or Administrator (hereinafter referred to as “Sweepstakes Entities”), or any other organisation involved in the Sweepstakes sponsorship, administration, fulfilment, advertisement, promotion, or prize support within six (6) months prior to the Start Date are ineligible to enter or win.
Members of such people’s homes or direct family members are also ineligible to enter or win. “Household members” are those who share or reside in the same dwelling for a minimum of three (3) months each year. “Immediate family members” include parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, legal guardians, spouses, siblings, and step-siblings. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
Entries must include all required information to be deemed eligible to win. Complete, unintelligible, or unreadable entries will be discarded. Entries generated automatically by a script, macro, or other means are also disallowed.
Participants in the Sweepstakes must own or have authorization to use the email address listed in their registration by the Start Date. If the winner’s identification is disputed, the person whose name appears in the email account connected with the email address shall be declared the winner.
No products or services must be bought to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Your odds of winning are unaffected by your purchase.
WHERE DO I GO TO GET IN?
Customers can enter the Sweepstakes by doing the following:
Complete an online customer satisfaction survey at lowes.com after receiving a receipt from the cash register that has an internet address.
Fill out a 4′′x5′′ card with their full name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, ZIP code, age, daytime phone number, and, if available, email address. The card must be addressed to the following address in an envelope: Customer satisfaction at Lowe’s. Payment of $500 per month

On or before the drawing dates, all mail-in entries for the Sweepstakes must be postmarked and received. The Sponsor and the Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or stolen submissions, or for postage paid.
After completing the survey, participants will get one (1) entry into the corresponding monthly Sweepstakes, regardless of the entry method chosen.
Each participant or email address is limited to one (1) entry per month, regardless of participation method. Only one (1) prize will be awarded per residence or person during the Sweepstakes Period. In the future, entries will not be kept for inclusion in the monthly sweepstakes.
Submissions and other materials become the Sponsor’s property when they are received and will not be returned or acknowledged. Entries that exceed the Sweepstakes’ entry restrictions shall, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, be rejected.
WHAT IS THE VALUE OF THE PRIZES IN THIS COMPETITION?
Each month throughout the Sweepstakes Period, five (5) prizes worth a total of $500 USD will be awarded to the winners.
WHEN AND HOW DO THE WINNERS GET SELECTED?
The winners will be picked at random according to the Sweepstakes Administrator’s schedule. During the Sweepstakes Period, only qualified submissions submitted during each of the monthly entry dates will be chosen as winners.
HOW DOES A PRIZE WINNER RECEIVE THEIR AWARD?
Winners will be notified via phone, overnight mail, and/or email, as appropriate. After that, the winner will have seven (7) business days from the date of notification to respond to the notice as requested.
If a participant fails to respond to reminders within the specified time frame, his or her claim to the prize will be forfeited. The Administrator will then choose an alternate winner from the remaining qualifying submissions at random.

A list of the monthly Sweepstakes prize winners can be acquired by sending a self-addressed, stamped mail to Winners List, Lowe’s 2023-2022 Customer Satisfaction Center.

WHAT ABOUT RIGHTS, PRIVACY, AND FUTURE CONTACT?
Entrants agree not to hold the Sponsor, the Administrator, their respective parent, affiliate, and subsidiary companies, units, divisions, advertising and promotions agencies, and prize suppliers, as well as their respective directors, officers, representatives, agents, and employees, and each of the individuals’ and companies’ respective assigns, representatives, and successors, liable for any and all actions and claims (including third-party claims) arising from their participation in the contest.
Entrants agree to allow their name, likeness, city, state of residence, biographical data, voice, and entry materials to be used in promotional or programming material on a winner’s list or worldwide in perpetuity, if applicable, without requiring or demanding additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
SUMMARY
Lowe’s and each Sweepstakes entry must agree to the Official Rules for the Lowes Customer Satisfaction Survey 2023-2022 on all parts of the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes and its Official Rules shall be interpreted, valid, constructed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state.
